The transcript is sent to a custom OpenAI assistant trained on a sales methodology knowledge base. The Problem

Contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, codes of conduct, up to 15 different document types, each with their own variations depending on the candidate, the client, or the context.
Every document was being handled manually.

Phase 1 — Document Mapping
We started by mapping every document type Thaleria works with and identifying all their variations, different contract structures depending on the engagement type, employee status, purchase order formats by client, and so on.
Every edge case was accounted for before a single workflow was built.

Instead of navigating a library of templates, the team now fills out one simple form.
They select the document type they need, and enter the required information.

The Problem
A fast-growing US medical company had no centralized project management system.
